1. Introduction

Welcome to Baltic Launch. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform, which focuses on discovering and supporting products built across Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

By using Baltic Launch, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

2. Using Our Service

Age Requirements: You must be at least 13 years old to use Baltic Launch.

Account Responsibility: If you create an account, you're responsible for maintaining its security and for all activities under your account.

Acceptable Use: When using Baltic Launch, you agree not to misuse the platform, submit misleading content, or attempt to manipulate rankings (your own or others').

Voting & Rankings: You can upvote products during and after their launch. Votes cast on the launch day determine the daily Top 3 winners (medals). Votes placed after the launch day are still welcome but do not affect the daily ranking or medals.

3. Product Submissions

You may submit products to be listed on Baltic Launch. By submitting, you confirm you have the right to share the product and its media. We may remove submissions that violate these terms.

4. Content & Moderation

We reserve the right to edit, feature, or remove any content on the platform at our discretion, including products, comments and reviews.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the platform or its community.

6. Liability

Baltic Launch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages resulting from the use of the platform or from third-party products listed on it.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
